Estimated Delivery Time: This clock will be sent directly to your delivery address from the clockmakers workshop in Italy. Subject to availability, build completion time, and border customs times, the delivery day is approximately between April 13 and April 17 for all UK and mainland Europe customers.

IMPORT COSTS: Cuckoo Collections is proud to announce that we will pay for ALL customs charges or Import VAT costs for our UK customers. We don't want our UK customers being surprised by any additional charges (that are due to the Brexit). Therefore, if you are notified of any customs charges then please let us know. We will organise to have these paid or the amounts refunded back to you.

Worried about your order arriving on time? Nine out of ten of our orders arrive within the estimated delivery time or even earlier. However sometimes there can be factors (such as availability and delivery location) that can affect the delivery time and lengthen it by a few days or even a week or two for some more complex models. In such cases we will keep you informed of the delay and work with the the manufacturer and courier throughout the process to make it as simple as possible for you to rest assured knowing your clock is on track to you. Many of our clocks are held in stock with our suppliers but, depending on the model/brand, some are built-to-order by one of our many manufacturers in Italy, Germany, Japan or Switzerland. We appreciate your patience in such cases and we will inform you of the tracking details as soon as your order is shipped from the manufacturer or supplier.
